Ultimate breakfast omelette

Heat a large frying pan on a medium-high heat and add the coconut oil. Beat the egg in a bowl until combined.
When the oil is hot, add the bacon and cookuntil crispy. Add the tomatoes and spring onion and cook for another minute. Then add the Worcestershire sauce and cook for a further 2 minutes.
Turn the heat down to medium and pour in the egg mixture, making sure to cover all ingredients in the pan. Allow to cook slowly for 3-4 minutes until almost cooked through but slightly runny on top. Use a spatula to fold the omelette over to create a crescent and then cook for another 2 minutes. Slide onto a plate and tuck in.
