If your local supermarket doesn't have pak choi then try your local chinese supermarket.
Heat the sesame oil in non-stick frying pan on a medium high heat. Peel the leaves of the pack choi and discard the stem. Add the pak choi leaves into the pan and fry for 1 minute.
Add the soy sauce and shake the pan to cover the leaves and fry for two minutes. Sprinkle over the chili flakes an serve.
