Heat the grill and cook the sausages as per instructions. Meanwhile, heat a frying pan on a medium heat and fry the onion, garlic and carrot in the coconut oil until the onion is soft and the garlic is fragrant.
Add the mushrooms and Worcestershire sauce to the pan and cook for 5 minutes until the mushrooms soften slightly.
Add the tabasco sauce (if using) and tomato puree and stir in. Add the chopped tomatoes and stir everything together.
When the sausages are cooked, cut them into bit size chunks and add them into the pan. Simmer for 30-40 minutes or until the sauce has thickened. Serve with roast potatoes or sweet potato mash.
