Method

    Combine all dry ingredients in a mixing bowl.

    In a food processor combine the almond milk, coconut oil, eggs, egg whites, banana, honey and peanut butter until the mixture is smooth.

    Add the wet mixture to the dry mixture, stirring until blended.

    Pre-heat a waffle iron and coat with a little coconut oil to prevent waffles sticking. Spoon out enough batter to comfortably cover the iron, spreading the batter to the edges. Cook for 3-4 minutes or until steaming stops. Repeat with the remaining batter.

    To serve, lavish with yoghurt, berries and honey or whatever toppings you like, it is Saturday after all!
