    In a food processor, blitz the dates until they're broken into small pieces and  start to stick together.

    Add the oats and peanut butter and blitz until combined. Add in the peanuts, then add the honey one tablespoon at a time until the mixtures becomes sticky and clumps together.

    Line a 6x6 inch baking tray with baking paper and tip in the mixture. Use the back of metal spoon to press the mixture into the corners of the dish and flatten it down. Bake for 15 minutes until the top begins to turn golden brown.
