    Starting with the white layer, drain the cashews and in a food processor, combine cashews, almond milk and coconut oil until smooth. Add honey and almond extract and whiz until well combined.

    Use 4 jars or glasses and spoon in the first layer of the gâteau. Place jars in the fridge and set aside the remainder of the white layer for later.

    For the chocolate layer, place all ingredients into the food processor and mix until completely smooth.This might take a few minutes.

    Take the jars out of the fridge and spoon in the first chocolate layer. Place the jars back into the fridge and allow to firm up for a few minutes.

    Continue this method, alternating white and chocolate layers until you have used all of the mixture.

    Top with berries and crushed pistachios. Place the jars in the fridge for at least an hour before serving or prepare the day before and leave overnight.
