Ground beef with gravy
A super easy dish that's high in protein. Serve with sweet potato mash or wedges.

Heat a non-stick sauce pan on medium heat and fry the onion and garlic gently for 5 minutes until softened. Add the mushrooms and cook for a further minute.
Add the ground beef, rosemary and thyme and cook for 5-10 minutes until the majority turns brown then drain any excess liquid if necessary.
Add beef stock and basil and simmer uncovered for 30 minutes until thickened.
