Grilled sausage pasta
This is one of our favourite pasta dishes.

Grill the sausages, turning every few minutes to ensure even cooking. Meanwhile, heat the coconut oil on a medium heat and slowly fry the spring onion, red pepper, garlic and tomatoes until softened.
When the sausages are done, remove from the grill and slice into inch chunks. Add the sausages, tomato puree and harissa to the pan of vegetables. Season with salt and pepper the cook for a further 2 minutes. Add 200ml of warm water and simmer until the sauce has thickened.
Add the pasta to boiling water and cook to instructions on the packet. To serve add pasta to the plate and add a generous portion of sauce.
