Chocolate, banana protein brownies
These guilt free protein brownies are the perfect snack.

Preheat the oven to 180oC. Mash the bananas in a large bowl with a fork. Then add all the dry ingredients and stir.
Add the peanut butter, egg whites and milk and mix thoroughly with a whisk until everything is combined and you have a smooth batter.
Line a 6 x 6 inch dish with baking foil and pour in the mixture. Bake for 10 minutes. Check the mixture is cooked by inserting a sharp knife into the middle and giving it a slight wiggle. If the knife comes out ever so slightly moist then take out of the oven and leave to cool.
Cut into 12 peices store in the fridge for up to 5 days.
