Chinese Style Beef with Noodles

Finely sliced beef cooked in a fragrant Chinese style marinade.

    Freeze beef for an hour and a half before cooking - this will make it easier to slice later on.

    Remove the beef from the freezer and shave off very thin slices, approximately the thickness of matchsticks. Place into a large bowl with the garlic, ginger and soy sauce. Combine the Chinese 5 spice with the coconut flour and  add to the beef mixture. Combine everything together and leave to marinade for 10 minutes.

    Heat the coconut oil on a high heat until it starts to smoke slightly. Add the beef to the pan and fry for 5 minutes keeping everything moving until the beef has browned. Add 1-2 tablespoons of water and fry until the sauce thickens. Add the noodles and fry until they are hot. Serve with Pak Choi or other vegetables.
