    Butterfly the chicken breast and fry in the coconut oil on a medium-high heat, turning every 5 minutes until cooked through. Meanwhile, grill the bacon until crispy.

    Slice the tomato. Remove the stone from the avocado and cut half into slices.

    Toast the bread for 30 seconds. Spread the mayonnaise on one slice, then add the chicken, bacon, tomatoes, avocado, lettuce and the second slice of bread. Tuck in and enjoy!
