    Slowly fry the diced shallots on a low-medium heat in 1/2 teaspoon of coconut oil for 10 minutes until soft but not brown. Meanwhile in a bowl, combine the beef mince, oats, salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce. When the shallots are cooked, add them to the bowl and combine ingredients with your hands. Leave to stand for 10 minutes.

    Turn the heat up on the frying pan to medium/high and add the remaining coconut oil. Use your hands to create two beef burger patties about 1 inch thick. Fry the burgers for 10-15 minutes, turning every 5 minutes, this should result in a medium - cooked burger. Decrease the cooking time to10 minutes for a medium/rare burger or increase to 20 minutes for well done one. Meanwhile, grill the bacon and set aside when cooked.

    Cut the rolls in half and toast the cut side under the grill for 30 seconds until slightly brown. Spread mayonnaise on the bottom half of each bun then layer on the sliced tomato, burger, 2 rashers of bacon,  lettuce,  ketchup and finally the bun top. Serve with sweet potato wedges or fries.
